This weekend my friend and I drove to Albany, New York and just after we crossed into New York from Massachusetts, under an underpass, we saw a butt naked man facing the highway and masturbating.

Uh...he was toned. He was really into his work so I couldnt get an accurate view of his face. This was on I-90 West crossing the border from Massachusetts into Albany. I'm sure you can find some of these same crazy people in Hollywood!
